These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of any styling services or items hired from Style By Design.

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to any booking. A booking is confirmed and a contract is undertaken as soon as we have received payment for a booking.


All hire goods remain the property of Style By Design throughout the hire period. All hire items should only be used for their intended purposes. Only members of the Style by Design team are insured to move items. Any items that you bring in remain your responsibility at all times and you are responsible for collecting these items the following morning from the house and grounds, prior to 10am. The styling team can not be held responsible for any of the items that you bring in, and they are brought in at your own risk. All personal styling items must be brought on the day of your wedding and cannot be stored at Brympton before your wedding. Any of your items that are set up in the Stables need to be removed by yourselves from the Stables the following morning, prior to 10am. All styling items, vases and candles must remain at Brympton otherwise the hirer will be charged per item.


Holding fee & Payment

A non-refundable deposit fee of the total charge is required to secure the booking, due no later than 12 weeks prior to your wedding. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. The full balance is required no later than 8 weeks before your wedding. We are happy to invoice for all outdoor items no later than 5 days prior to your event, where instructed. If Style By Design has not received payment in full 8 weeks prior to the wedding despite reminders, Style By Design reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the non-refundable deposit. For last-minute bookings, separate payment terms will be discussed and arranged as appropriate.


Cancellations & Refunds

Please note that the deposit fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you wish to cancel all or part of your order prior to 2 calendar months before your event, 50% of the total package will be charged. Cancellations up to 1 calendar month before your event will be charged at 75% and for cancellations within 1 calendar month of the event date, the full amount will be charged.

Please note, in the event of bad weather conditions outdoor items such as garden games, fire pit and outdoor candle packages may not be able to be set up. Please note all items are non-refundable.


Set up

Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes some items may not be exactly as described, in which case the styling team will ensure an appropriate substitute replacement is used.

Set up on your wedding day will be carried out by one or more of the styling team. The set up styling team will be briefed prior to your wedding. 



Style By Design takes no responsibility in the event of any injury to any party through breakages of any equipment or any other accident during the hire period. We take no responsibility for any claims that arise from any event concerning or involving items hired from Style By Design. On booking and paying the deposit fee, the hirer is agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
